Sequin and Velvet Scrunchies

This set of two scrunchies are super luxe! One scrunchie is made in our soft dusky pink velvet fabric with a hint of sparkle, while the other is fully adorned with shimmering gold sequins. Matching headband also available. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.
